The shabby chic white bedding serves as a giant large pillowcase for your comforter. When you are comforting a duvet cover, your comforter remains clean. You can also change the look of your bedroom in minutes as you change the duvet cover. An easy way to put a duvet cover on the Arena requires use of twill, which looks like a flat, woven band and comes in linen, cotton, wool or polyester. Look at hospital dresses for an example of how twill bands work to close dresses. Buy twill cheap at fabric stores.
Cut twill in eight pieces at 8-inch lengths. You will use these pieces as ribbons for your shabby chic bedding. Turn the duvet cover off. Sew a twill tie on the seam of each quilt corner. Sew a twill tie in each corner of the Arena. Put the duvet cover on the bed, keep the wrong side out.
Open the white bedding all the way. Depending on the design of the duvet cover, you may need to unpack or unlock it. Place the Arena on top of the opened duvet cover. Tie the twill band of the arena and the duvet cover together at each corner. This will keep the scar on the cover. Turn the duvet cover straight out, leaving the Arena inside. Arrange the Arena, and then close the duvet cover.
